Our objective in this phase is to not only understand your project, vision, and budget but also to establish a better understanding of each other. This will allow us to ensure that we are the perfect match to help bring your vision to life.
Design Development & Planning
During this next stage, our team will work with both you and your Designer if already contracted to initiate the Pre-construction phase. Key aspects of this phase will be developing and finalizing a design that aligns with your project budget and timeline milestones.
Building the Team
After fully understanding the design and budget, we are ready to prepare Construction Documents with your Designer or one of our recommended Architects for permitting through your local building department. We will also be recommending one of our trusted General Contractors or seeking bids from any General Contractors you'd like to receive a proposal from to level bids based on a complete set of Construction Documents to get you the best value and quality.
Manage the Build
With Construction Documents completed, our construction team under contract and our permit in hand, we are ready to manage your build. We will work with both you and our construction team to develop a fair payment schedule based on tangible milestones. All milestones will be tied directly to quality control inspections performed by both the Building Inspector's and our staff. We will work relentlessly with the collective team to ensure the product being delivered to you reflects the highest level of craftsmanship, while adhering to your specific budget and project timeline.
